Little Aurel operates Monday through Friday from 9am–5pm CT. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays. Orders placed after 5pm PST on Friday will be processed the following Monday based on when the order was received. At Little Aurel, we aim to get your orders to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We offer both standard shipping (3-5 business days) and express shipping (1-2 business days) within the U.S.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Shipping with USPS or UPS Ground depending on location.

We currently ship within the U.S. only. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at contact@littleaurel.com.
Shipping Address Policy
If you made a mistake in your delivery address, please email us as soon as possible at contact@littleaurel.com. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to update the shipping info before it leaves our warehouse.
If your order has already shipped, you may be able to update the delivery address through your UPS/USPS tracking link.
Please note: We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to a wrong address, we’ll refund your original payment method — but you’ll need to place a new order if you still want the item.
