We want you to love your Little Aurel items! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unstained, unwashed, and with tags attached.
- Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Items returned in a damaged, worn, or otherwise unacceptable condition may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at contact@littleaurel.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide a return shipping label.
- Once we receive your item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we offer free exchanges within 30 days. Contact us at contact@littleaurel.com to start your exchange.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Warranty Information
We take pride in the quality of every Little Aurel piece. Our items are designed to last through everyday toddler adventures — as long as care instructions are properly followed. Please note that we are not responsible for issues caused by normal wear and tear or incorrect washing.
In the rare case you receive a damaged or faulty item, please email us at contact@littleaurel.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include clear photos of the item and the defect so our quality team can review your claim. If the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect, and the item is in new and unworn condition, we will replace it — depending on stock availability.
If the item is no longer in stock, we’ll do our best to find a fair solution that makes you feel taken care of.
In some cases, we may provide a prepaid return label for the damaged item. Returned faulty items may be repaired and donated to a local children’s charity.
